DC INNOVATE LTD – TERMS OF SALE
1. General
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all sales of products and services by DC Innovate LTD
(“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Products
Most products sold by DC Innovate LTD are made to order, customised, or bespoke, including
automotive components and 3D-printed parts. Minor variations may occur and do not constitute
defects.
3. Orders
An order is accepted when we issue an invoice or written confirmation. You must ensure all
specifications and measurements supplied are accurate.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP. DC Innovate LTD is not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged. Payment is due
on receipt of invoice. Orders do not enter production until paid in full.
5. Production Time & Lead Times
Lead times vary. Estimates are guidance only and delays do not permit cancellation of bespoke
orders.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges apply. Risk transfers to you upon dispatch. Inspect goods on arrival and report
damage within 48 hours.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Custom-made/bespoke items cannot be cancelled once production begins. Defective items will be
repaired, replaced, or refunded if reported within 14 days.
8. Customer-Supplied Designs & Files
You confirm ownership or rights to use supplied materials and assume responsibility for their
accuracy. We do not guarantee the safety or performance of customer-supplied designs.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for consequential losses, installation costs, misuse, or design errors. Liability is
limited to the order value.
10. Warranty
3D-printed items carry no extended warranty beyond being free of defects on arrival.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs and models created by DC Innovate LTD remain our intellectual property unless
otherwise agreed.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
